Designing AI governance
Develop a coherent, practical proposal culminating in a handbook for building, testing and implementing AI governance. Explain how the system could actually work, its problems, limits, tradeoffs, risks and possible mitigations. The outcome should support implementation, not simply collect ideas or remain theoretical.
